    I bought 3 pcs of itech power app from Mobile Concepts. 2 of my customer complain that the Itech Power app spoiled her Iphone 3GS battery. This really turn me down. I rather get an energizer power app for iphone much cheaper and more quality.

    How it's spoil your customer iPhone 3GS?. You can ask her go back to our nearest service center. They will help you to verify it, what it's the problem that cause the iPhone spoiled. You can call to our customer care line 1 300 888 626. The will assist you to nearest service center.

    If like this. How about you call to i.Tech Service Center at Low Yat. 03-2145 7829.

    Service center is open from Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 7.30pm. Saturday, open half day from 11.30 until 3.30pm

    Hi can the power app sync with itunes when its connected to the pc with it still connected to the iphone?

    Yes, it sync on iTunes with the PowerAPP battery pack but advisable to use the cable bundle with it.

    Hi Will,
    Yes it only includes the USB charging cable but you can use the Apple's charging adaptor as well to charge the powerAPP.
